Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs are €4,95 worldwide, and will be added at checkout (over €75 FREEshipping).
Netherlands: Next-day Europe: 2 - 5 days USA/CA: 3 to 5 days Rest of World: 3 to 7 days
We use PostNL Tracked, and local courier partners (all including tracking number).
Returns
If you’re not happy with your order, you can always return the item(s) within 14 days after the initial sale date. Please use this attached return form. Please fill out this form completely.
We ask you to pay the shipping costs of shipping the item(s) back to us. The item(s) need to be unused and not damaged, in original retail packaging.
Refunds will be given to the account number that is known to us. Always save your tracking number!
Design Your Own products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Warranty
We offer a 1 year limited warranty (2 years in EU) on all our products. This does not entail damages caused by the user, like scratches and fractures.
These type of user damages will therefore not be accepted and/or refunded.
